1 General Terms and Conditions

77jya (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 77jya.

Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure your account's KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals will not be processed on unverified accounts. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.

77jya does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (Mobile Banking, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own charges, for which 77jya bears no responsibility.

4 Bonus & Promotional Offers

General Bonus Terms:

• After receiving a bonus, a specified wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

• Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly; they are converted to cash only after the wagering requirements have been met.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming on 77jya is conducted in accordance with international standards. Each game or betting market has its own rules, which are detailed on the relevant page.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, 77jya will investigate and issue a ruling.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will be the ones that apply.
• If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a system error, 77jya reserves the right to correct them.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77jya:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Harassing, defrauding, or threatening other users.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

77jya reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a Terms and Conditions violation is found.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• If identity verification fails or false information has been provided.
• In accordance with regulatory authority directives.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure you withdraw any verified balance before closing your account.

8 Limitation of Liability

77jya accepts no liability for the following:

• If a game is incomplete due to a lost internet connection or a technical issue.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway.
• Account losses resulting from unauthorized access where the user failed to adequately protect their password.
• In force majeure situations (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).

77jya is committed to delivering the highest quality of service and to resolving any issues promptly. However, in unforeseen circumstances, our liability remains limited to the extent permitted by law.
